By using blocks TCON,TSEND,TRCV,TDISCON, I can established connection between S7-1200 and S7-300. S7-300 -> S7-1200. But when I want opposite direction S7-1200->S7-300 , it don't work. When I start block TCON on S7-1200, output is always false, until I start block TCON on s7-300 then connection is established. Communiction connection : TCP, or ISO-on-TCP some results.

The client side will need the "active connection establishment" setting to be true and server side will need it to be false.
