I want to create a network infrastructure with the TCP connection to interfacing the PLCs (see attachment). The CPU Master is a 317-2EK14-0AB0 V 3.2 and 10 CPU Slave are S7300 CPU family with CP343 LEAN aboard. The communication with the slaves are with TCP protocol and not S7 connection, it's possible?

Yes, use Open User Communication 

You have blocks on Step7 and TIA portal to do the communication

yes it´s possible.

Use TCON, TSEND instructions for your 317-2EK14-0AB0 with integrated PN interface and for the other S7-300 PLC´s with CP Lean you can use AG_SEND and AG_RECV instructions
