I want to connect a CPU 1214C DC/DC/DC V4.1 to a Smart Camera by TCP/IP Connection.
In this camera there’s a TCP/IP ethernet server running on port 32591.
I want connect to it with a client (the client is the plc s7-1200) and, for example, read and write some variables in the camera.

To read a variable (for example myIntVar, of int type and value 50):
>> I have to write with plc:
#0-0;RVR;myIntVar;<CR>
>> The camera answer to plc:
#0-0;RVR;@OK;50;-1<CR>

The camera works fine (see jpg image attached)

Try with TCON,TSEND,TRCV and TDISCON.

First see that with TCON block connection is establishing or not.

Move the status of TCON block in another memory location or error bit. See the status information after getting status code in help file of TIA portal. Then use TSEND and TRCV block to send nad recieve data. Meanwhile to understand frame and connection status of camera , use Hypeterminal as simulator software for TCP IP communication.

You can find TCP IP sample apllication of S71200 in forum somewhere.
