Hello everyone,

my problem starting after 15-20 minutes after starting PLC program. My program waiting for input signal. When i got logical 1. TSEND_C block send request via tcp protocol. I created 6 parallel function blocks, because i have 6 workplaces. Every workplace has own DB and connection DB.

First 15 minutes running perfectly. But sometimes my system isnt active for circa 5 minutes. I checked server logs and i didnt get any request. So its some inside PLC, because in WATCH_TABLE i got digital input activated.

In first time i had all datas as static variables. Now i created external DB with arrays of bool/string. And fetch all data from here. I cannot solve this 5 minutes blackout.

Thanks you for fast answer. In WATCH_TABLE im watching STATUS, i had only two codes 7004 & 0000 -> it means job done without error.

I  called my blocks in Main [OB1].

Hello,
you can't use the watchtable, you must evaluate the outputs in your program.

How do you evaluate the status of system blocks in STEP 7 (TIA Portal)?

 I mean this one. I had blocks in my DB and watching it throught TSEND block

you did obviously not read the FAQ I referred to:

the information at the "STATUS" parameter is only available for the duration of one cycle. Since the CPUs work in the millisecond range, the information cannot always be noticed by the user

 Yes, i know. Thanks for your time. I know all about TSEND_C block. But i changing digital input circa once per two minutes and clock REQ is 1Hz. So i can check value once per second. All status was success or waiting. For now im fixed my problem.

Because i created Static variable TCON and by SCL im connecting to the server (one machine per one connection ID 16#??).
