Dear all ,

We have a system with TCSB V3.0 and WinCC Advanced working on for several months. Suddenly the communication between TCSB and CP1243-7 stopped. I opened the CMT and tried to logon but I got the error: TCP error code 10061 (the whole message is it the attachment). The user name & pass are OK!

What could be the reason for this problem?

So you have a Anti Virus Sofware on on of the two Computers? If yes do a test without avtivated antivirus Software.

do you have changed something at The CPU Settings or Firmware?

look in your PLC Project at Safety Properties of the PLC. activate hiere the PUT /GEt Communication.

if this so not work i have no Idea, perhaps someone other has?

The reason for the error was that the TCSB services were not running! The problem was solved by adding an windows user (windows login)! Thanks technical support staff!!!

If I could lean only on my efforts this problem would last for several years...
