Teaming Configuration of Network Adaptors for redundant terminal bus

For configuration of Fault Tolerant Terminal Bus, in the manual (available from this link:SIMATIC Process Control System PCS 7 V7.0 SP1 Fault-tolerant Process Control System ) it is said that two network adaptors, Intel Pro/1000MT server adapter and Intel Pro/1000GT desktop adapter, are to be configured as a Team.There it is mentioned that Switch Fault Tolerance is to be selected as the Team mode. With this Team Mode, it is possible to get NW Switch redundancy, i.e., if one NW switch(for Terminal Bus 1)is switched off the NW adaptors connected to that switch is disabled and the other NW adaptors connected to the other switch (for Terminal Bus2) become active. But in this Team mode it is not possible to achieve Terminal Bus Redundancy, if any one of the four NW adaptors becomes faulty (e.g., if the NW cable connected to any one adaptor gets disconnected). As an experiment we tried Adaptor Fault Tolerance as the Team mode. In this case it was possible to achieve both NW Switch redundancy and NW adaptor redundancy. Please suggest whether we should retain our configuration with Team mode like Adaptor Fault Tolerance or we should follow Switch Fault Tolerance Team mode.
