Tech Alarms with Scout TIA and Comfort Panels

I have a D425-2 and I am using Scout TIA . I have also WinCC Professional V13 in TIA. Everything works ok (apart the embarassing weight and troubles of the TIA environment), but I cannot visualize the Technological alarms that appears on Scout (i.e. a 20005 for an axis) . In the old and good WinCC 2008 with TP panels this was "automatic": in your alarms window on HMI these alarms appeared without troubles. Here nothing. I am not using the ALARM_S technology (or what is its name) of siemens... What I can do ? Thanks and have a good Christmas

I can read and write tags and see everything (except the technological alarms) (see attached file)... I have enabled the three checks in Runtime settings of my KTP 400 (forget the other basic panel), I searched everywhere and everything seems to be ok. But when one or more Tech alarms appear I have the following result in my HMI: it seems that the KTP sees the alarms but cannot pop out any string... Please look at the attachment Any idea ?
