Hello everyone,

I am usingSIMOCRANE Basic Technology V3.0 withSINAMICS DCM for grab operation. During operation, I am facing an issue in SIMOTION. The diagnostic buffer shows the following technological alarm:

Alarm Error 20005: Device type 1, log address: 364 faulted. (Bit: 0, encoder number: 0, reason: 0x4h)

I have observed that the frequency of this alarm increases when the speed is increased, which is difficult to understand.

Additionally, I noticed that in the "Availability" section of the address list in SIMOTION, some data is shown as "not synchronous" while data is still being received on the same address.

The system is currently operational, but this alarm can occur at any time.
