Technology CPU 315T-2DP with Sinamics S120 CU310DP

taubek Posts: 40 Rating: (1)	Hello, I am trying to bind Technology CPU 315T-2DP V2.3.1/3.1with CU310DP FW version 02.06.02.05. First problem is that I can choose in hardware only CU310 DP with FW version 2.6.1. I have read the manuals how to bind this HW, but when I download anything that contains technology part to CPU, it goes to STOP mode with an error message: STOP trigered by integrated technology, another message is: Configuration error of the integrated technology. Another thing is that COM LED on CU310DP is slowly (0,5Hz) blinking, so I guess the main problem is something with profibus protocols... Can someone suggest anything to solve this problem? miami Platinum Expert Joined: 8/31/2005 Last visit: 8/20/2024 Posts: 2198 Rating: (328)	What versions of Hard- and Software do you have? Can you post your project and the diagnostics log?? Open the technology and compile in T-Config and download from T-Config the CPU.

When I compile hardware configuration in Step 7 I get this warning: The configuration on the PROFIBUS subnet 'DP(DRIVE)(1)' has changed. The specified constant bus cycle times should be checked. I have set constants for Isochronous operation for CU310DP like it says on manual, 1 - 8 - 1 - 3 Do you have any email so I could send the whole project to you so you could see the problem? Thanks. If you have a older FW as can be selected, you should update the SINAMICS first to a selectable version (2.4.x or newer). Contact you local Siemens office to get a update. - The PROFIBUS cycle time is to short, When I recalculate it (PROFIBUS: properties, Netwerk settings, Options, recalculate), it's over 1 ms. So I suggest you set the PROFIBUS time to 2 ms. (Which manual tells you to set "1 - 8 - 1 - 3" SINAMICS or S7-Tech?) - In T-Config, mark the Technology and select target system, set system cycle clocks, expand technology parametration and allow 5 overflows for IPO and IPO2 In your project you used FW 2.3/3.1.This should work, but Isuggest to update your CPU and use the newer FW 2.6/4.1.1 infurther projects.

Do I need to update my step 7 device list or maybe downgrade CU FW to version 2.6.1? I did increase cycle times and allow 5 overflows now. I'm, not shure what version 2603500 is. If you enter the CF Card of the SINAMICS in a universal card reader, you can find the FW version in the file "content.txt" (or printed on the label of the CFcard, but there it may be out-dated) You should update to a supported version (or downgrade) But more importent is the next point: taubek I did increase cycle times and allow 5 overflows now. Settings I used to have were found here:http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/48358172 Make shure to increase the PROFIBUS cycle time to 2 msor more (mark the PROFIBUS: properties, Netwerk settings, Options; see attachment). taubek Posts: 40 Rating: (1)	yes, i did increase it on 2ms and later also on 3ms.... Maybe some bico connections or PZDs are not ok? I am more worried why is T CPU in stop mode and SF led is on at the first moment when i download any T block to it...

taubek Posts: 40 Rating: (1)	I just updated firmware of CPU from v2.3 to v 2.6.5 - still the same errors for profibus cycle sinchronisations... p.s. Do i have to change my hardware configuration now or should i left the same CPU that has v2.3? othervise I also have to update technology part from v3.1 to 4.1 as shown in HW config.

The problem is the MC_Power V3.0 does not work with the Technoclogy Firmware 3.1. And As long you did not change the T-CPU type in HW Config or use the MC_Power in V2.0 it will not run. I made a projext with a virtual axis. Please download it. It should run. With the variable table VAT_1 you can enable the axis and make and monitor a relative positionings.
