sry can you specify that you send some static request and device cyclically send answer, or this device is own living communication and you must only detect your prefered frame? Probably I'll be trying set up Start condition not End with that $H char, but it depends as I said with your needs. Probably everything will be working without setting conditions, with 4ms RCV char timeout as default but You'll need check RCV frame and process it with your own requirements.
