kane Posts: 15 Rating: (0)	Dear Experts, I want to use teleservice adapter with for remote maintance of plant. I have following configuration. Toshiba laptop with internal modem+ CPU 314 I am using TS ADAPTER IIV6.0 TELESERVICE SOFTWARE V6.0 I am not able to establish communication with teleservice.The connection is not establishing. As per the manual i did all the required settings.But unable to establish communication. I did following things 1.Set PG/PC set to TS ADAPTER as modem connection 2.Under system ->device manager-> sytem->modems ->i kept port settings as 9.6kbps,stop bits 1 parity-none 3.under telesrvice software (options)->customize-> modems i kept the same settings It is giving error message as connection partner is busy. Please tell me how should i resolve this issue any special settings have to be done. with regard's kane

If you use it in a Intercom System... is your line signal the same as it is with a free line? Is your modem waiting for a free line signal before it dials? Best regards J_Bell

kane Posts: 15 Rating: (0)	Hi all, I am able to hear disturbances of signal only no dial tone at all. sometimes the phone keeps ringing with disturbances and it shows message that partner is not ready to answer the call. I tried the same in our office it is working fine.but not at the site place. with regard's kane

At first i communicate through TS Adapter by direct connection(USB) i got communicated....then i using RJ12 one end at Adapter and other directly to phoneline and then connect my laptop to phone line..... then using teleservice package V6.1 INCL. SP2... i assign parametrization of TS ADAPTER-II MODEM. As the same settings i had used in set PG/PC interface and local connection> modem connection. after that i given establish connection>dial........... i heard ringing tone some times and it gives error message as PARTNER NOT ANSWERING....... so times i heard some noise after dial and it gives error message as PARTNER BUSY.... pls send me settings for TS ADAPTER-II MODEM
