Teleservice - problem with modem....

RKarczewski Posts: 107 Rating: (1)	Hello!! I have a problem withteleservice connection by modem. Normally I use modem (internet)connection to PC577 and everything work very well. I have configured 3 modems: 1. Modem in Laptop 2. Modem - CSD connection (analogue) via GSM - Nokia 6021 3. Modem - CSD connection (analogue) via GSM - Nokia 6233 And all this connection work correct with modem connection to modemtoPC577 On Friday I install teleservice 6.1 and I was suprice: When I press any configured connections (plant) teleservice give me a info: "The configuration filesof the modem driver are inconsistent" And I have standard question: What should I do? Any proposal from Siemenshelp isn't a help for this problem (however maybe i'm wrong...) Plant icon is pink, not a grey... ;-)) Best regards Attachment Teleservice_Porblem.JPG (695 Downloads)

I solved my problem, I didn't have a configured localization in Control Panel / Phone and modem setting.... And now allmodems work correctly...It was my fals... Siemens help give me a information about using modem first time after install newWindows copy... ;-)) So, next time I must read Siemens help more, more, more... ;-))) Thank you very much and sorry...
