Teleservice: TS adapter password lost

Safed technician Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hi, I've to connect to a customer's installation, but I can't found the TS adapter's password. Somebody know if there is a way for my customer to reset the TS adapter to the factory default configuration? I'm using: - Step 7 V5.4 Sp3 - Teleservice V6.1 My customer: - TS Adapter V5.2 (6ES7 972-CA34-0XA0) Hope I'll found a solution otherwise I'm going to travel for a while.. :( Regards,

I think that you have one problem after that, it won't take up the phone... Maybe you could let the adapter sent to you, do a reset and programming the TS Adapter again...

Safed technician Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Thanks for your advice Late, like most problems, the solution is simple.. I'll ask our customer to reset the the configuration of the TS adapter, hoping the default parameters are OK for a communication between Switzerland and Italia. Have a good day!

Safed technician Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	We didn't had to configure any TS adapter these last times, so I think the configuration is standard. Unfortunaly, even if our customer have done the reset, the password seem's to be still here. Last solution, I've asked them to send me the TS adapter. (Anyway I do not have to travel, so in a certain matter this subject can already be closed with success. ) Thank you very much for your assistance Late!
