Good day! I met an issue with Teleservice of S7-1200 stations and my engineering station. Now I'll try to describe topology of our system and my problem. We have: 1) Engineering station with TiaPortal v14, and static IP. 2) Two servers (named for example: "SRV1" and "SRV2") with TCSB v3.0 SP1 and one router with static ip (for example: "115.115.115.115") for both servers. 3) Four remote stations with CP1242-7 v2 modules. We configured our system for collecting data by dint of differentiation of ports on router. If we need send data to SRV1 - we configured CP1242-7 V2 module with parameters: Partner stations -> Telecontrol server -> Connection to partner - > Partner IP address = 115.115.115.115 (Our router static ip) -> Partner port = 55097 and if we need send data to SRV2 - we configured CP1242-7 V2 module on another remote station with parameters: Partner stations -> Telecontrol server -> Connection to partner - > Partner IP address = 115.115.115.115 (Our router static ip) -> Partner port = 55098 For collecting data this configuration works pretty good, but now we need to download to device new software by Teleservice. When I try to connect to remote station which are activated on SRV2 I got an error message: "Connection cannot currently be established". Just for my curiosity I tried to use 55097 (SRV1 port) and I got another error: "The CP is not known to the telecontrol server". And It is OK, because this remote station is not on SRV1, but in this case connect established, or not? Can anybody help me with my problem? Maybe I need to configure router for redirect more ports for Teleservice with SRV2? Thank you! P.S. Some screenshots are available here: [snip] AttachmentTeleservice Properties.zip (65 Downloads) |
