TeleService - Windows7 - no dialing (establish connection error)

When I am trying to connect to my plant, just after I press button "Dial", error 300:17090 appears. Modem doesn't start dialing. This problem is only when I use TS Adapter I/II connection. I changed my connection to TS Adapter IE (for test) and everything works - TeleService connect to my plant (but disconnect after a while because I have there TS Adapter I/II) - so I assume that my modem is ok. Anyway I used TeleService many times with Windows XP and I am sure that modem configuration is ok. Does anyone know where is the problem?
