Hello S. Afsar; First, the reading and writing of your realtime clock is explained in the following document: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/43566349 You can compare the Hours variable (for example) extracted from the RTC reading block to a constant value representing the time you want to set your PID calculations active. Next: even and slow temperature control will depend on the values of gain (especially Proportional gain) you select for your PID block. The higher your proportional gain, the faster and more aggressive the response of the PID controller. Daniel Chartier |

Hello Dchartier Thanks a lot , but please note that my mean is controlling temperature Process at the given time : Example : Current temp : 55 0C Setpoint Temp : 35 0C Setpoint Time : 420 Min ----------- Delta T = 20 0C ----------- So the controller should cool the Feed about 20 0C at 420 Min. Therefore 0.04 0C per Minute it must be coolled . Regards |
