Temperature control via 4-20mA servo valve

Greetings dear, I request your help on a project that I am about to start. In an oven I need to measure the temperature using a PT100 sensor, the temperature range will be a setpoint from 30 to 250 degrees Celsius. In the same way, in this same range I must control a servo valve with a 4-20mA output, that is, when it is 30 degrees, the output should have 20mA and when it has 250 degrees the output should have 4mA, this proportionally so that the servo valve regulates the fuel flow, guaranteeing that as the set point temperature is reached, the proportional valve should close and therefore the mA They should decrease, I must guarantee there are no major fluctuations. The heat will be generated by a burner that will also be controlled with the same set point, through a digital output.

The AM2 RTD for PT100/1000 has a fixed temperature range: -50 °C to 200 °C.

If you want to measure a temperature 250 °C or higher then you need a extern PT converter with a 0-10V or 0/-20mA output and AM2 analog input module.

Indeed, if I have this AM2 module to connect the PT100, I would like to be clear about how to carry out the regulation in a controlled manner as indicated at the beginning.
