Can anyone show me an example how to use FB58 to control cooling temperature. |

Indeed you need to programm a negative gain for cooling, can't see the example here, no S7 on my mini laptop Best is to call the FB in OB 35 and make sure the cycle time you have as input of the FB is the same as the OB35 cycle time. In this topic /tf/WW/en/Posts/60452#top I have posted for a SEW drive controlis in my project an example in OB 35 for heating/ cooling to. Regards, Marcjan |

Hi Check this manual : PID Temperature Control for more information on this function. Also check the attachment for sample programs and important section of manual extracted in PDF version. To have impression of how the sample program help you, if you want to use continuous controller open "Continuous controller" in the project and check the programs in OB35 and OB100! FB100 in this example would be a great help for testing your algorithm! I think this manual suffice, but if you need more material to consider also check sections 9-2-4 and 9-2-5 of this for more practical tips from SIEMENS. Regards Attachmentfb58.zip (103 Downloads) |
