hi Alsalami, HW-connection is one thing. But how do you want to communicate? Do you want to make an S7-connection? Or an I-Device configuration? Which blocks do you use to communicate? Have a look to this manual. There you can see what is possible with this combiniation, page 101: CPU-CPU Communication with SIMATIC Controllers hope this helps, regards, |

I have two 412-5H cpus in redundency mode. they communicate with each other by obtic cable. they connected to scalance x208 by ethernet cable then from the x208 I connected the ET200S using ethernet. Now the scalance red led is on and I dont know how to test if the connection between 412 cpu and ET200S cpu is there or not. sorry for the head ache and thank you for your help. |
