testing CPU S7 1214 C

hello to everyone and good start of the week

I have a concern I have a CPU 1214C DC / DC / RLY (214-1he30-oxb0) to which I added a plug-SM 1221 DC (6ES7 221-1bf30-0xb0) but when I powered LEDs of the CPU RUN / STOP, ERROR, MAINT lit yellow and does not turn green, but the SM 1221 the indicator is green DIAG .it my first test on an S7-1200 CPU i want make the equipment configuration and write a program with my TIA PORTAL V11 software and transferred to the CPU for testing. I really need help, thank you and good day to all.

* Have you made a hardware configuration yet?
* Did you load the hardware configuration into the PLC yet?

Maybe.. share with us the project program what you have now.
The project does not need to contain program code.

What is your skills level on PLCs and on using TIA Portal?

I only have two years experience on SIEMENS PLC .I worked on S7-300, S7-200 and Logo. but for the S7-1200 I often TIA V11 used for testing with the simulator but with a CPU S7-1200 not, so yesterday I took the S7-1214 CPU and the expansion module, but when I 'I finished the hardware configuration and I wanted to transfer, the transfer is not executed, that is why I ask for help, thank you and good day.

If you have some experience with the S7-300..
then you should already have enough knowledge.

It is almost impossible for us to be helpful to you with what information you have given us up to now.

It will be of great help if you could share the project you have - it will save time for debugging the cause of your issue. >> At least understanding if it is a software or hardware related issue.

Pictures / photos are also of much help.. speaking a language more of us can follow.

Did you check the firmware version of PLC and Molude's from hw configuration?

And you can check the wire of module which is L+,N..

this is not a project but I'm in a service company prestaion we sell and install SIEMENS PLC for our customers, I was a trainee in the company and my master left internship so I stayed as automation knowing that I had not enough experience I made my efforts to execute many projects and as I've ever worked on S7-1200 and we have them in stock I decided to know them as 'automaticien SIEMENS option I think it is important to know all Siemens PLCs and programming software since we sell and install not one day I crazy shit on a project that is why I want to prepare myself for avancesur programming with the TIA V11 I repeatedly write small progammes and I do the simulation with my simulator and I even chose the HMI I linked to my simulator to supervision in TIA and v11 this market in many carefree but with S7-1200 CPU I've never done is why I ask for help, thank you
