Hi, I'm quite new in WinCC using, and have a simple question :)

I'd like to show text informations in one I/O Field, which depends from PLC variables (bool type)

For example:

For %I0.0 = 1 I want to show text information in I/O Field - One engine working, if %I0.0 = 0 then nothing.

For %I0.1 = 1, I/O Field - Engine actually stopped, etc.

I want to show about 5-6 diffrerent text informations in one I/O Field

Can someone tell me how to do that? :)

with dynamic dialog you can create a list of text,

in the plc make the value assignent to an int tag to show every message.

My first thought would be dynamicText Lists, whuch are available in WinCC.

However, TIA Portal does not let you activate the different texts using BOOLs;  you need Index tags (INT variables) instead of Bools...

too bad the BASIC panels do not seem to have this ability.
