Text list import problem

Hello All!

So I am attempting to  import a .xslx file and I keep getting the same fault over and over.

I looked in the help file, and tailored my file to match what Siemens suggests, but I still continually get the same fault.

Perhaps someone can point me in the right direction?

Trying to avoid typing these all in manually.
