Hello SergMRC; First, have a look at the following attachment, it is an extract from the Protool Communications manual (Teil 1), for protool 5.0. But it should help you understand the concepts. The manual showshow you can connect a MP270B with a CPU943, either using serial (AS511) connection or Profibus-DP. It will show you the details of the connection, area pointers, data types, and most points to consider in such an application. Come back with more specific questions when you need them clarified.
