The New Calculate instruction in TIA PORTAL step7 BASIC

RAJUL Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Dear All, During my Training on TIA V11, i get to know that there is a new instruction set in S71200 programming called CALCULATE, which is highly beneficial in Analog Scaling, but i am not able to fid that block in TIA v 10.5.... Help??

So the information that we can give to you is restrict to the offitial information (see TIP: "TOP Links for TIA V11; STEP7 V11; WinCC V11" https://www.automation.siemens.com/BR/tf/WW/en/Posts/51167#top ) However I think that I could antecipate, that instruction allow that the user define a "formula" to be evaluated for the block. I think that is a "cool" feature, however you must take in consideration, that there is already "read for use" blocks, like that stay on the tip "SCALE and UNSCALE"/tf/WW/en/Posts/31698#top )
