I have a sinamics inverter G120C input voltage 380-480V and a motor with 440V closure.

This is fine, asynchronous industrial motors produce rated power and speed over a wide range of Voltage inputs, 380V to 400V , +/- 10% would be typical. Tractor |

Hello Laraaa, See following application example for details explaining field-weakening operation. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/25338130 If your motor and drive still meets the applicative demands torque/current, speed, etc., you can go with field-weakening. Otherwise you can use PISCEAN`s recommendation. |
