I am sorry, but you do not communicate between the two Stations. What you do is establishing the PROFINET IO Network between the CP Controller and the IWLAN PB Link. Then the IWLAN PB Link establishes a DP Master System with the CPU 315 as DP Slave in it. You do not directly exchange the Data.

Did you create a HW Config with all systems in it yet? What do you see in the online diagnostics in HW Config in STEP7?

First of all... it is fascinating how many connections you have between the two PLC’s... on MPI, on PROFIBUS andwith the IWLAN PB Link, triple luck...

For your case I would say... youto do nothing at all. Everything is handled by the OS and the two PNIO Functions you set up in your PLC program. Soifyou have noBFon thethree devices your system is already up and running and you havedirect access to the Slaves I/Oover the Areas you receive or send theData you want to transfer with the PNIO_SEND and PNIO_RECEIVE Blocks in the program ofthe Controller CPU. There you had to set up some Data areas where you transfer the data from or to. These are your I/O Interfaces.

well... may you explain why you want to start your I/O Data in your PLC at Byte 103 or Byte 104? I changed this to 0 and I also changed the Receive buffer length to 2 Bytes, as you selected it in your Project. By the way... as I do not know where the OP is connected to I left the networking... personally I would split it to the DP Port on the Master and the DP Network on the IWLAN/PB Link.

May you try this and I guess it should work now.
