     where  can i find the record of  loading program  imformation(time)

     i can only find the last one ,or many times by turn?

Sorry, but I'm not quite sure, what you are looking for.

An information about the time, the download needs? For many downloads (you write of the last one - and I have no idea where you get this information). And what means "many times in turn"

i mean :when i gave the program to the customers a year ago. all the things were right.

but now, a year later, they told me there are someting wrong with the machine.

i found the program in the D4X5 is different between witch  i gave them a year ago .so i want to know when they download the program.  that is what i need.

if i can find how many times they downlaod the program is better for me .

where can get my answer?
