Where you went wrong is that you used a 135U manual and applied it for a 95U. Using direct memory access via LIR/TIR, TNB, TNW etc. is fraught with danger to begin with but either way requires that you use the correct manual as each S5 CPU has its own internal memory map as well what RS system data words are available and their meaning. The 95U manual is available HERE and its RAM Address assignment is in Appendix B3.2.2. Saying that, as you have to copy only 4 Words and these are all inside DW0-DW255 area, why even bother with direct memory access when a simple word by word copy will do the job (and even if it has to be done indirectly, I suggest you use the DO command instead)? |
