If you want to know if “ladder” is faster as “blocks” or something like that, I think that this doesn’t matter. All programming form given, more or less, the same execution time. Important is how the programmer organize and create the algorithms itself. If you ask about the instruction execution times, there is an official data in the ST70 catalog. For example: for bit operations, min. 0.1 μs; for word operations, min. 12 μs; for floating point arithmetic, min. 18 μs; Some time I place some data also in the post: Info: Execution times /tf/WW/en/Posts/33927#top

0_Einstein Diamond Expert Joined: 7/7/2010 Last visit: 12/1/2023 Posts: 13953 Rating: (2277)	fatihsezgin Thank you for your interest I am, I mentioned: there was a simple process using the program to respond more quickly to the executive during the labeling procedures such as emergency stop, for example: used before, but I forgot for making To respond to an E-Stop input change from NC to NO (on to off), wire it to one of the PLC inputs, configure the input channel to run your interrupt handling routine, and put logic to run when your E-Stop changes state. Hopefully you are also using an external E-Stop safety relay to handle the real 'safety' functions.
