First ? What S5 CPU you have ?

After, in FX220 : L BS34. It's the start of DB List address. You should change this in Step 7,  because you can't know where is DB. In S5 DB have up to 4000 word in 928 CPU, but you can reach only from the 0 to 255... 

LIR 1 in same FX : What is your Accu 1 value ?  You should change.

In FB201 : TIR 3. Same problem. You should change something.

Note that you should change every Analogue input/output. Note than in S5 some input have a range of 0 to 4095 point, and some others form 0 to 2047. In S7, all of them have range of 0-27648 point.

OB254 and OB255 is to copy  DX and DB in 135U and 155U. In 115, I think its different

Look in S5 about block not exist in S7 : I think FB210,211,216,214, and 224 are some special function. May be some mathematical function. All mathematical instruction exist in S7. You should re-write this...

I receive your software. If you go on block list (F3), and you ask for all block (B), you will see all blocks from Siemens you have.

Here you have PB1 to PB3, FB50, FB89, FB90, FB102, FB120 to 127 (standard communication block) and several more !

You can try on a copy file to put 0 in BIB number, but for some bloc, it will not change any thing (Like FB120 to 127 who call some OB). But for communication you should write anything.

Your CPU is a 928B. You should download the manual from Siemens Site. It's in several language, includ, English, German, Italian, French and Spanish..

I think the compagny who write this software didn't wanted someonelse stoll this software. 

I think you should re write the complete S5 software. It will take some days or weeks, but you don't have choise for it, except to ask to the compagny who do it this a new software.

To do it by yourself, you should know S5 and S7. I don't have time to write your software. But don't try to change by Siemens tool. There are to much instruction in your software that the tool will not translate.

I remembered when I worked in Siemens automation, in 1993 Siemens developed SIMATIC S7 and the same time there was the function "From S5 convert to S7".

I remembered very clearly--That converter can only do about 75% and job, the rest of program should be the user responsible doing them manually  --as I understood--you need interpreted the S5 program and new input them into S7 system manfully

Like others also suggested, the S5/S7 conversion is only useful for simple logic in LAD/FUP and can not translate all AWL instructions. Often HMI systems are connected and newer systems work different, which makes the translated code useless.

In this case quickly forget the S5 program and rewrite the PLC program in TIA Portal.

Reverse engineering AWL code is a waste of time, a new program will be a faster and better solution.
