Third-party app to use with WINCC data base

MAGDYYYY Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	Can I use the database (MS SQL Server) that comes with WINCC advanced license with a third-party desktop application ? the application should write/read data to DB so that it can communicate with WINCC, do i need additional licenses?
