error 1E0E means that there is an error in the reference of the data source. I wonder why you use DBB_NO=6. DBB_NO is start address (first character) in the source DB, LEN is the number of bytes which should be sent.

well, there are differencies between the FB numbers of STEP7 V5 and TIA.
The main thing is to check the error you get. As long as you get 1E0E, the pointer, which is created with DB_NO, DBB_NO and LEN, is not correct.

Check also the parameters for the data destination (S_RECV) when starting a read request.
I prefer to define data DBs longer than required to avoid a +1/-1 calculation error.

You should always save STATUS when ERROR=TRUE in your program. So you can recognize the last error which has occurred. Even two counter for a positive edge at DONE / ERROR is very helpful.

As long as you only watch the LEDs and ignore ERROR, you won't get happy.
