TIA Migration tool

Currently i received a plc program from customer and i want to open it for checking hardware details. but unfortunately i dont have Step7 software. Now i managed to download step7 professional v12 from siemens support site but it is insufficient to open the file it seems. it looks like i need a TIA migration tool to open the step7 v5.5 file in TIA portal. All my efforts to download the tool from the siemens website are not fruitful. Can you please help me to send the directory for downloading the TIA migration tool. All your efforts are appreciated. If you don´t have STEP7 Classic installed on your PG/PC you can migrate the project with the Migration Tool. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/58638200
