I want to try commucation from my country to aboroad 

My Laptop just installed tia portal v13 sp1 software 

Only Use internet , I want to communication 

Is this way possible?

I just think , This is possible but just my opinion

If u had a experiense about this

look also on the IP Adresses. Your Computer and the PLC have the same IP Adress. This would cause Problemes.

 Realy, Iam not tested this procedure with TIA Portal

But,we have many colleagues performed it and successed. 

They advise us with the following points:

1-Turn off firewall on both PC'S

2-Turn off antivirus on both PC'S

3-Follow the procedure as in the attached file.

4-Add a route to the PLC on the PG

5-Accessible nodes in TIA Portal not possible with VPN

6-Connect directly through IP address.

the same ip are local ip but the public ip will be different 

should it make a problem ?

Thank you all for the help on this issue. I have edited PDF and explained couple things which were confusing in Original PDF (liek what IP to use, and how to connect using TIA). I have tested with other types of PLCs and it worked as well. Once again thank you all! 

Edit: route add (IP of PLC) mask 255.255.255.255 (IP of Partner TeamViewer IP) metric 1
