Tia portal crashed after opening screen in editor

Hello!

I have a next problem with TIA PORTAL:

when I tried to open screen of HMI to edit, Tia portal crashed.

System specification: Windows 7 x64 SP1, TIA PORTAL v13 sp1 update2: step7 prof+wincc prof+startdrive

Please, somebody help me to fix rhis problem.

does the TIA Portal crash every time you try to open a screen or was it a one-time occurrence?

If it's regular, then does it occur

• when you open any screen or
• when you open a specific screen?

Things you can try:

• Recompile the project after opening and check if there are any warnings/error messages.
• Copy-paste the HMI-project (the PC station if you use RT Prof.) part and check if you can open the screen in the copy.
• Drag the screen into a library. Delete screen. Drag screen back from the library.

TIA Portal crash every time when I try to open an any screen and it's regular.

I'm trying to compile PCstation, compilation done, but crash still the same.

Copy-paste the HMI-project part and open the screen in the copy doesn't fix problem.

Manipulation with library is useless

And what i noticed is that file SIFLWCPRO21300.EKB in directory C:\AX NF ZZ is with today's date change

the folder AX NF ZZ has to do with licenses.

I don't know about any problems like you described that where caused by an expired or corrupted (trial) license.

Be sure not to delete anything important.

Does it affect new projects too? Or just this one?

I reinstall wincc sp1 and this fix my problem
