Hi. I`ll describe my problem by dividing it to some steps. Step 1. When i do connect the CPU1214c (214-1he30-0xb0) to PC with installed SW Step 7 V11 SP2+Upd2 and WinCC V11 Pro SP2+Upd2, cpu shown in acccessible devices window like "Accessible device" with device type = S7-1200, interface type - ISO(Ethernet), mac address. Step 2. Then, jump from portal view to project view. Go "Project tree" => "Online access" => "My Ethernet controller" => "Accessible device" => "Online access" => "Functions" => "Assign ip adress". Setting ip(default is 0.0.0.0) adress 192.168.1.100(for example) subnet mask 255.255.255.0 and press "Assign IP adress". Then press "Update accessible devices". Updates sucessfully. The "Accessible device" changes to "CPUcommon". Step 3. Adding CPU 1214c, in device view by clicking to the Ethernet port on CPU board entering to a "Ethernet address" window below. Adding new subnet = PN/IE_1 then setting the IP address the same as set in accessible devices window(192.168.1.100) Clicking to CPU board, then click to "Go online" Step 4. In "Go online" window the CPU is shown as "CPUcommon" (with right device type! = CPU 1214C) Clicking "Go online" button below. Result : No connection with PLC. There is message below "Connection to PLC_1 terminated", in device information message "Establish new online connection". My actions to solve this problem: 1. Read threads with similar problem First thread /tf/WW/en/Posts/67709 second /tf/WW/en/Posts/63240 2. Reset the CPU to factory settings with reset of ip adress and without it. 3. Setting up the another ip adress of CPU 4. REINSTALL Step7 V11 and WinC too 5. Swithced off the Antivirus(Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.0) and Brandmauer. 6. Changed the CPU to same. 7. Checked to installed Ethernet interfaces 8. Changed the interface in "PG/PC interface" There are 3 ethernet interfaces: a. My eth card ISO b. my eth card tcp/ip c. my eth card auto Tryed with each of them with testing. I dont know how solve this problem. Maybe something doing wrong. Thanks for helping me.
