TIA portal error while starting runtime

gmehra Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	I have TIA portal V11 sp2 update 5 and comfort panel tp2200 HMIs. This is an intermittent issue but has started occuring frequently now. Every time I try to start a runtime for any of my screens I get a pop up error "WinCC Runtime Advanced Module: HmiRTm has encountered a problem and needs to close" Picture attached. Anytype of suggestions or help to get rid of this will be helpful. I have tried rebooting multiple times. Thanks Gm Attachment 5-8-2013 4-56-44 PM.jpg (618 Downloads)

You can try for the software --> Rebuild All option. It will avoid the error. This is what Siemens is suggesting. but it needs to be done everytime you go for runtime. Do you face the problem only when you activate runtime in PC or on the comfort panel also?
