I have replaced an OP73 with a KTP700 basic and I want to program it with TIA portal V13.

I didn't find how to add my S7-226 CPU into the project.

I've WinCC 2005, there is any way to upgrade it.

I've no problem to configure the KTP700 in TIA but when I try to insert a variable I can not choose the plc reference because the S7-226 is not supported.

 I will try this afternoon and then I will give you a feedback.

Hello,

you must configure the PLC access in the HMI Connection.

Here you select the S7-200 comm driver and configure the PLC Adress.

this configured adress is the PLC Reference.

I'm trying to transfer the program made with TIA to the KTP700 but I can't connect using the USB/PPI multimaster cable  6ES7 901-3DB30-0XA0 connected to the profibus DP (X2) port on the KTP700.

When I search the device I choose type of interface MPI and interface PC Adapter but when  the research starts I recive an error.

Any suggestion is very aprecciated.

I can't trasfer the program to the KTP700 basic DP, the reason should be because the usb adapter (6ES7 901-3DB30-0XA0) is not correctly installed on the pc and this happened because I've not installed the microwin but only TIA portal V13.

I've already search in the forum and about the problem with usb/ppi adapter everyone suggest to install or reinstall the Microwin.

1)Is it possible install only the USB/PPI driver? Where can I find this drivers?

2)I tried to transfer the program to a standard USB (the usb key is recognized) but I can't choose transfer to usb key because it's not selectable. Where I'm wrong? (License, type of usb key?)
