I've seen the TIA Portal Openness description, is there future plan to port this library to other languages: i.e. python ?

Old thread, but as it is not answered:  

I am quite sure that the openness concept will not be changed inytime soon in terms on languages. It is however not requiring a specific language, it is .net that is required. This does in fact work with python as well if you use e.g. the pythonnet package or ironpython.  I have made a basic example using pythonnet here: https://github.com/Maroder1/TIA-openness.git
