If you didn't install Update 1 for SP1 of TIA11 - try it. Updates for STEP 7 V11 SP1 and WinCC V11 SP1 Under what OS did you install TIA Portal. Make sure your OS is compatible with TIA. Best regards, Hristo MIhalev |

Okay. I installed the update whichUMENCHOsuggested and the problem persists. If not worse. The maximize, shrink problem still occurs. What is happened more frequently is if I press F1 then the help appears, but nothing loaded in the screen and then closes again. If I try again it will sometimes remain open. Once it is open, if I minimize the help and carry on working then if I click on just about anything else then I get the "application has encountered an error and needs to restart" error. |
