WinCC TIA Portal Version V11 SP2 Update 5... i dont know how to install the HSP it just go with an error. |

I have the same concern w/marky_spicer.. i have a wincc basic installed at my TIA portal,Can you give me specific idea to install/update it to wincc professional as requested to install the hardware of the comfort Panels.. Thank you and Regards...

Hi. Licensing of TIA can be confusing. Even if TIA is suppose to be an integrated software, the PLC portion (STEP7) and Visualisation portion (WinCC) are licensed as seperated entities. BASIC vs PROFESSIONAL indicates the STEP7 portion. BASIC vs COMFORT vs ADVANCED (vs RUNTIME). You need to be licensed for the COMFORT version.
