Where is it? best regards Hello, Based on the release date, this is a new hardware(2013-09-16) and it is much better to search within the hardware catalog in TIA V13 or possibly updated hardware database for latest TIA V12. How do you update the hardware catalog in STEP 7 (TIA Portal)? I hope it helps! Hamid Hosseini

Best regards I think the best course of action is Support Requestin hopes they can simply email you the required HSP to support that module. Perhaps it is built into version 13?

Cause I tried to find something in that forum, and I don't find nothing about this (well, I need it with a lot of urgency so, I do not made a deep search but ...) Well, like all we know, the V11 is already discontinued, so siemens do not create a HSP's updates (from new hardware) for this version. So everyone who suffers this problem have to install updated software, like V12 or V13. best regards J.Silva

Well I had de v11, and I had this problem so, I uninstalled the V11, and I put the V13, and in this one, I do not have any problem about that. all works completely well, and I find the module. (the most important part ) So when I have tried to know more about this problem some people told me about V12 have this module (etc etc), but I didn't tried it, so, excuse me but I really do not know that module in V12. Sorry. If you can try the v13 Its 100% guarenteed, that solve your problem. Best Regards.
