TIA Portal V13 SP1, lag on my Runtime

It's like got delay time to reaction Specification Computer Processor : Intel Xeon Processor E31226 V3 (Quad Core 3.30Ghz) Ram : 8Gb 1600Mhz DDR3 OS : Windows 7 Professional 64bit Tagging in Tia Portal V13 SP1 (License 8000) Using 2000 tag I already arranged tag cycle time each tag with different cycle. I need help for this situation because its really serious. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Opening WinCC Professional V13 project in WinCC Runtime Professional V13 SP1 .
