Hi guys  , i'm trying to open the Project but i don't have "access" on the Screen (can't use the tags , see the graphics etc)  my HMI is a TP1500 Comfort.

I've got Tia portal V13 service pack 2 , i can't downgrade neither i can't find the v13 SV1 in order to do the 6th update for Service pack one , is not supported.

And also the project it can be opened only with v13 or earlier version, which i tried with v12 and had similar issues with the HSP file incompalitie .

What i want to do is to try fully-open the project and then upgrade it so i can have it in  v14 or later.version.

Also i tried to see if i can find a GSD file for this display but didn't have any luck.

any ideas?

i've got the latest, problem is that in order to run the project i need to have the Service pack 1 update 6 of tia portal 13 ( which is not supported i guess by Siemens) .

it worked fine the HMI screen! but this time i had issue with the plc so for that reason i download and installed the Tia portal Wincc Professional V13 SP2 and the project opened fine without any issues so thanks for that.

Now because i'm trying to upgrade the project

it stops 'progressing at 84%'

and then i'm getting this fault .

is it related with a firmware version ? or is there anything  i can do ? (The project is using gsd files from danfoss drives )
