Tia Portal V13 with HMI KP 300 V11

Tia portal v13 update 1, S7-1214 v4.0 plc, KP 300 basic Mono HMI V11, I am using this configuration first time before I used same but Tia Portal 12 with S7-1214 V3.0, it's working ok, but now HMI is not updating any tags from or to PLC, every thing seems ok,  I am using profinet ,PC is communicating with HMI transferring  screens etc, all PLC tags selections and connections are ok but HMI  is not updating any tags, please guide.

is it showing ### symbol n the HMI ??

while booting the hmi some system alarm occurs pls look into it..

Please note that both devices are configured in a single project on TIA portal V13, compilation and download on both devices is without any errors. Both devices are accessible on the network, and IP address settings have been verified.

When I first time compiled KP300 screens program following error appears

HMI_Connection: The PUT/GET communication is not enable,

searching on these forum I found that in PLC properties, protections check this option, after doing this compiling and transfer of program is ok but. Plc tags are not updating

Yesterday night I found following FAQ on siemens support site

Entry type: FAQ, Entry ID: 109475049, Entry date: 04/30/2015,

This FAQ explains HMI V11 will not work with V4 S7-1200, we need to update it to V12, or use V13 2nd generation HMI,

To use V11 with V4 CPU S7-1200, select PUT/GET communication option, create a HMI communication  data block in PLC, in attributes remove optimised block access check for this block, and update this block once in a cycle.

I checked this method is working for V11 KP300 mono basic HMI,

now I am looking how to update my HMI to V12, 

please guide me if any one know how to get V12 Software for KP300, and updating software ProSave

Thanks for the suggestion , I saw this option but did not try, because I thought this will select the HMI which already have V12, but  in my case HMI is  V11, please confirm, so rather I opt to upgrade HMI  to V12, then used this option to change HMI in the project. To upgrade version I used prosave utility available in HMI tools directory of Tia Portal V13, I selected the HMI model, configure the PN address, and select the v12 upgrade image file from The V12  available in Tia portal 13, using this method I am now able to use both type of HMIs ( KP 300, and KTP 600)  in my tia portal V13 projects.
