Hello.
Did you change the right color?

• If you want to see/animate a background color the background style has to be selected as "solid".
• If you want to change the color of the (shaded) symbol you have to use the foreground color.
  (To see/animate the foreground color choose the fill styles shaded or solid, not the other two).

Did you connect the tag?

Did you compile everything anew after the changes?
(right click on your HMI project > Compile > Software (rebuild all)).

I have the same TIA version and it works without a problem. You could show a screenshot of the Properties>Animations>Appearance settings  together with the symbol in the screen.

 

PS: There is no TP277 comfort. Is it a comfort panel or a TP277 basic panel?

Could you please share what should i do to Change the Colour of an Arrow from Blue (Siemens Default) to Red? The arrows are available in Tool Box >> Graphics>>WinCC Graphic Folder>>Basic Symbols>>Arrows....

Also i wanna know that how can i increase the blink/Flash Frequency when i animate the appearance of this Arrow.

Sorry - no easy way to do what you ask.

To change the colour:
* Place the object.
* Right click and click to edit the object.
* Make changes in PAINT.

Maybe if Siemens used SVG (vector) graphics, this might have been more easy.

As for the blinking.. no such setting ~ unless someone worked out how to {root} the HMI. There is the option to generate an external pulse.. but synchronisation with the PLC is not good enough for that. Do not feel alone on your request.. several people has asked about this.
