Hi guys I hope you'll be fine and doing well. It's been a while that I'm using TIA portal V17, but I have a problem with HMI compiling and simulation. When I define all the tags for HMI correctly and want to simulate it, it says compilation failed and contact siemens support, while I rebuild software many times, but it didn't work. And also, when I want to simulate the HMI project, the WinCC unified runtime should be open automatically like PLSIM, but it doesn't why? I really need to solve those problems, help me those who know. Thanks. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hi abdullah_harris1, In this case I think we need more information to be able to dig into the situation: - What version of Windows operating system do you have installed? - Screenshot of the Siemens software installed on the PC. To do this, take a screenshot from TIA Portal -> Help -> Installed Software. Do you have any V17 updates? Do you work with Unified? - Screenshot of the exact error you get. - If you create a very simple new project, do you get the same compilation problem? I recommend you also delete the IM folder of the project: "How do I delete the IM folder of my TIA Portal project?" Best regards!
