Hello ! 

I am using TIA Portal v18 , I have a SIMATIC HMI TP700 Comfort. 

HMI TP700 Comfort has Firmware 17.00 , and in my TIA Project , i have selected v17 as well.

Problem is , I am not able to download the HMI Program in HMI ,Please check the attached Image for the errors. 

I have installed Panel Image Software from Siemens Software as well , Now i dont understand , what the actual problem is. 

Please help me to figure out the issue.

The problem is solved...

When you want to update image file manually, you first must download image file fromhere, and you mast copy-paste download file (firs adaptation file) to this path

C:/Program Files/SEMENS/AUTOMATION/Portal V.../Data/Hmi/Transfer/V.../

and image file  to this path

C:/Program Files/SEMENS/AUTOMATION/Portal V.../Data/Hmi/Transfer/V.../Images/ .

And that should solve the problem. Version of image file you choose according to the versions you want to upgrade, that is, you choose according to the project in WinCC.
