Hello, 

We have an issue when trying to upload our program to the HMI (KTP400). We got the following error:

"Download has failed due to missing panel image. Please install panel image..."

After googling a bit, I found the "HMI_PIU_Installer_2.0.0.0.exe" (https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/109825750/image-downloads-for-simatic-hmi-operator-panels-comfort-mobile-basic-panels?dti=0&lc=en-US), but unfortunately, due to our IT security, we cannot install this software. We got an error saying "Something went wrong."

Is there any workaround to install this "panel image" without using HMI_PIU_Installer_2.0.0.0.exe?
