Hi, I have a TP1200 Comfort 6AV2 124-0MC01-0AX0 with software version 17.0.0.0, and I use TIA Portal V20. I installed 109825605_Unified_Comfort_Panel_V20_0.exe (2.1 GB), but I still get a 'Missing Image' error. Hi neket, Unfortunately you have downloaded the latest image version for WinCC Unified Comfort Panel and not for WinCC Comfort Panel. The latest image version for WinCC Comfort Panel is V17 Upd. 8 and there will be nothing newer than V17. To use the image version in a later TIA Portal version, you must download the image and place it in a specific path on your computer. This is done by the HMI Panel Image Updater (PIU), but the currently available version V1.1 is no longer able to perform the necessary login for most user accounts. Unfortunately, until PIU V2.0 is released, you must follow the steps described in section 1.2 of the download entry. Kind regards |

Hello neket No there are no V20 files overwritten because The comfort Panels do only have V17 Images If you are not sure what to do use the latest Panel Image Updater V2.0 and select the latest V17.0.0.8 Image for your comfort Panel to install to TIA V20 and the tool does all in the background: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109825750 Bye Murof |
